Valencia property rentals

At Rawlins & Holden we specialise in property sales, however we have recognised that there is a growing demand for short-term rental properties in Lliria, the Turia Valley, and Valencia city areas. There are no local agencies who specialise in property for rent.

We always have a selection of Valencia villa rentals available with rates from around €500 - €1200 per month. Generally rentals are for a minimum of 1 year.

Our commission is 1 months rental and you will need to pay a security deposit and 1 month in advance. Pets are not normally a problem for landlords but it is always best to let us know at the beginning of your search.

We will prepare all contracts necessary and arrange for the utility bills to be changed to your account at the start of the rental and back to the landlord at the end of the rental term.
