We are dedicated to finding you the right Valencia property and at the right price.

We are a Spanish registered company with many years of local property experience. Craig Holden has 23 years of experience as a self-employed surveyor specialising in residential property throughout London and the home counties and has established his  family in Spain.

We understand the hopes and fears involved in buying a property in a foreign country and in an unfamiliar language.

You can find our offices in Lliria at 19, San Vicente de Paul. This is the same street as the Post Office (Correos) in the centre of town. Our opening hours are from 10.00 to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and from 10.00 to 2.00 pm on Saturdays. It is best to ring before visiting and you can reach us on (34) 96 202 8218.
